Return & Exchange Policy

• HOVSE OF VXMMI has a policy of free returns & exchanges on unopened, unworn, or defective merchandise. You may return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. These items are sold "as is" in the best of condition to our knowledge. Any items that have been opened from product packaging or items that have been worn are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To return product please email us at [email protected] with your purchase reciept and email order correspondence sent by us upon purchase along with your order number provided in our order confirmation email upon purchase. Please allow up to 3 business days, excluding holidays, for a response.
